We confirm your PS5 or Xbox Series X, repair eligibility and service details before you send anything.
2. Pack and send
Once your repair is agreed, we’ll send you packing and posting instructions. You arrange and pay for delivery to our Widnes workshop.
3. Repair and return
We assess your device and confirm the next steps. After your repair or service, we send your console back with free return delivery. Most repairs are completed within 48 hours of arrival at our workshop, but may take longer during busy periods. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and excludes delivery time.
Prices apply to PS5 and Xbox Series X and include free return delivery after your repair or service. You arrange and pay for postage to us. Bookings are by enquiry; service inclusions and repair eligibility are confirmed before booking.
